Notes:
(1) This concludes observations for 18 Nov. The Noss 2-3 triplet was not
measured nor the first pass of the Noss 2-2 triplet.
(2) The two observations of 97-068B - USA 136 rocket should not be used
for precise work. The satellite was observed at a range of 24000 kms
so was moving quite slowly.
(3) The observations of the 01-040 and the 91-076 launches were
made with the wide angle lens system.
