The phase shift for Superbird A occurred at 03:18:30 UTC 18 November. The
surface that began flashing first was about 1-2 mag brighter during the phase
shift. I have some flash times for Raduga 33 but I need to extract the
extraneous half period flashes if only to make some sense of the times.
