An unknown was seen in my telescopic field of view at 00.15.01 UT Nov.10
while tracking TiPS. Telescope is an 8 inch dobs using a 40mm eyepiece for a
30x with a 1.4 degree field of view. IdSat with alldat.tle was used to
identify it as #70036F / #04388. TiPS was 7 seconds late on other points
taken. Below is part of the output file with elsets.
