     From my Decay watch page:
    _____________________________________________________________________
    Object: #2611 = 66-111 B = OV 1-10

    Decay predictions:
Source Prediction made Predicted decay at Latitude Longitude
                    UTC UTC deg deg
    SCC Nov 30 08:14 Nov 30 06:53 +-1h 5.6 S 80.9 W
    SatEvo Nov 30 11:30 Nov 30 06:47 +-45m 0.0 80.2 W

    Final elset:
    OV 1-10 144 x 138 km
    1 02611U 66111B 02334.19236564 .39577890 74348-7 53017-3 0 893
    2 02611 93.3760 270.5216 0004165 71.7444 289.0663 16.49439130942498

Note: The final elset has this running 13 sec late against my final
SatEvo prediction. I think decay was most likely near the southbound
equator crossing on the orbit following that given by the final elset.
This puts it just to the W of Quito, Ecuador, after a southbound pass
from Montreal at 06:36 UTC, to Philadelphia at 06:38 and Jamaica at
    06:43.
