    I think it is not an optical artifact, but maybe.  I think because we are mainly
    see-saters we think close.  I think the 40 day orbit is the closest guess yet.  I
    think this object has constant brightness and the shutter period of 15
    minutes describes its end points.  I think the object is in a 40 day orbit or 
    much larger.  I think it is an asteroid.
