2002-053A (#27557) ASTRA 1K

ASTRA 1K's orbit was raising from 218.004 km / 306.949 km
to 217.851 km /361.917 km at around 13:32.6 UTC. The closest
approach of the compared ELSETs at this time was 70.337 km.
This is relatively large but the reason is probably the 
reduced quality of the post burn ELSET.
