SCC is silent - has ignored this decayer as yet.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 0233.199... -0233.560...
(SFX 1180, ap 010) the decay on
20 November, 04:02 UTC +/- 33 minutes (10.59°S,  203.57°E)
ascending over the Pacific.
At around 04:19 UTC the decayer starts to cross Canada
at 62.1°N Latitude.
