While out this morning watching the Leonids from my home in Sarasota
(27.299, 82.462) I observed a satellite flare moving west to east around
11:50Z very near the radiant (almost overhead).

After checking, the best candidate at the correct time and direction,
was TANSEI-1 (#4952). Just to satisfy my curiosity, is this satellite
known to Flare? It wasn't visible at all until it flared, and after the
flare is again faded from view.

By the way, counted 188 Leon's in about 40 minutes.

    Thanks, Ron
