1993-076B (#22922) Delta 2 RB 1

SCC is silent - No TIP message for this decayer. My question mark
again: Do we see a policy change ?

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02321.841...- 022322.023...
(SFX 185, ap 013) the decay on
18 November, 03:23 UTC +/- 17 minutes (13.34°S, 63.30°E)
ascending over the Pacific.

My "feeling" say - looking at the last MM (16.4465....) - the
decay would be one rev later but 2 independent indicators
deliver in general the same result presented above.
