Superbird A (20040). I watched from 3:07 until 3:43, and the following were the only flashes that I saw (mostly every 11.3 seconds but beginning and ending with 22.6), using handheld 10x50s. The gibbous Moon was pretty high up. The reported magnitude is something of a guess, due to watching it with binoculars, the the Moonlight, of course.
