    Superbird A (20040).  I watched from 3:07 until 3:43, 
    and the following were the only flashes that I saw 
    (mostly every 11.3 seconds but beginning and ending 
    with 22.6), using handheld 10x50s.  The gibbous Moon 
    was pretty high up.  Weather was very nice.  
    
    89- 41 A 02-11-18 03:25:16.7 EC  361.6 0.2  16 22.60  +3.5->inv
    
    The first flash I saw was 3:17:33.5; first 4.5 cycles 
    not figured in PPAS report due to phase shift issue.
    
    The reported magnitude is something of a guess, due to 
    watching it with binoculars, the the Moonlight, of 
    course.
