I hereby declare as on-topic, alerts and observations regarding sub-orbital launches of rockets that are likely to be visible over a
wide area. 

The intent is to include large commercial and government rockets, and exclude small hobbyist rockets. If in doubt, please first seek
my permission via private e-mail. 

Comments regarding this policy should be posted to USESAT-L.
