Dear Ed, Tony and Alan,
Here my small contribution to the discussion about the decay
of #27554 2002-048E Proton DEB. At first: It was an extremely
small object with a RCS of 0.0072 m² and an estimated weight
well below under 01 Kilogram. 
Based on the last five ELSETs my final decay prediction shows:
01 November, 08:25 UTC +/- 22 minutes (20.64°S, 208.78°E)
ascending over the Pacific.
