I would welcome identification of the following object
seen Nov 7th. Flashing +6 each 67.6secs.
Flashes were all similar, and lasted about 1sec (brighter
than mag 8.5).
Or any other obs of a high object with this flash period.
At first I assumed it was a near GSO object, but the residuals
show it is moving too fast.

Observation fit a circular orbit ht=22222 km, inc=22.2 rev/day=1.79
but I suspect it is a GTO object. Because the obs are close, almost any
inclination up to about 42deg seems possible.
