    Notes:

    (1) Unfortunately a lot more to come -- Ive had enough position determining
for today - eyes are really screwed up! ( this is mainly a result of an
orbit plane search carried out last night that lasted 2 hours in total-
try staring at a video monitor for 2 hours and concentrating on whats
happening on the screen)-maybe more on the results of the scan later.

    (2) Still to come:

ALEXIS - had a look at the video and can see two brief flashes at about
magnitude +8.7 or so - I dont think I can get good positions from this.
USA 144 - 1st pass - was nice and bright so easy to measure
MILSTAR 3 - 1st pass- easy to get positions. Someone queried a few
    weeks
back whether MILSTAR changes its optical characteristics. I followed
it for about 8 minutes and saw one minor flare of about 0.5 magnitude
         amplitude otherwise it was steady.
MILSTAR 3 Centaur rocket - nice easy one with regular flashes
         NOSS 3 (D) - faint but measureable
NOSS 2-3 triplet - very low in west and faint. Measureable but since
    well
observed Ill probably skip doing this one
         DMSP 5D-2 S-14 - measureable
USA 81 - second pass - nice flickering - measureable
NOSS 3 (C) - very faint - maybe able to see several occultations
DMSP F15 - faint but measureable

Hopefully this will all be reported tomorrow.

         Cheers
         Greg
