1980-008A (#11682) Cosmos 1154

Including the last released ELSET 02308.538... there is only
a minor change against my preceding prediction. The current  forecast delivers:
04 November, 23:09 UTC +/- 17 minutes (08,93°S, 286.74°E)
ascending over the western Amazonas region.
