Report time 10:15 UTC 2002-042E (#27519) H-2A DEB DRTS fairing SCC has released - as expected - a last ELSET 02307.670... Their FINAL REPORT - prepared Nov 03,19:26 UTC - as mentioned earlier showed: 03 November, 18:58 UTC +/- 07 minutes (02.0°S, 158.0°E) ascending over the Pacific. My final analysis including the last ELSET (SFX 169, ap 022) shows no significant difference against my preceding prediction and delivers: 03 November, 19:40 UTC +/- 11 minutes (06.77°N, 319,60°E) descending over the Atlantic. BTW.: SCC'S result looks more plausible. The track of #27519 was at 19:24:UTC +/- 2 minutes within the range of the Fence, obviously with 3 "no shows". Harro Harro.Zimmer@t-online.de Berlin.
