    Superbird A is currently flashing over the Eastern USA.
    
    The first PPAS report refers to a series of flashes that are
    apparently from a surface other than the solar panels.  The
    second PPAS report covers the regular series of Superbird A
    flashes.
    
    The phase shift occurred at approximately 03:23 UTC 3 November.
    
    The observing site was Carrs Mill Park
    39.3181 N, 77.0542 W  100mASL
