predicts the decay on

on a northbound pass over the Pacific.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01333.877... - 01334.561...
the decay
   03 December, 11:08 UTC +/- 06 hours (01.3°S, 213.7°E)
also ascending over the Pacific.
