Around this time of year, it has become somewhat traditional for me to
take note of the anniversary of the creation of SeeSat-L in late
November of 1994. In doing so, I am very pleased to have an opportunity
to thank all of you who have made SeeSat-L a consistently excellent
medium of information about visual satellite observing. Many of you
have devoted much effort to these endeavors. I have always felt I
should mention your names, but after Bart De Pontieu, who seems to have
born the greatest burden, I don't really have a solid clue either how
to order your contributions nor when to stop.

    A heartfelt Thank You!

    Cheers.
