2001-051B (#26984) Soyuz FG rocket 3.Stage

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Nov 28, 16:07 UTC but issued 
a couple of hours later - showed the decay on
    28 November, 15:59 UTC +/- 07 minutes (45.0°N, 84.0°E)
on a northbound pass over China (Urumtschi Region).

My final analysis with MPM+REENTRY and the ELSETs 01332.230... -
01332.474...  delivers now:
    28 November, 16:05 UTC +/- 07 minutes (51.68°N, 118.07°E)
on the same pass over Far East Russia.
Both results confirm in general the preceding predictions.
