This is exactly identical with my preceding "6 hours before reentry" forecast. MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01332.230... -01332.474... the decay on 28 November. 16:11 UTC+ +/- 07 minutes (51.62°N, 127.71°E) on the same pass around the Chinese-Russian Border near the Kosmodrom Svobodny....
