2001-050B (#26971) Molniya rocket 3. Stage

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT -prepared Nov 27, 01:55 UTC - shows the
decay on
    27 November, 01:46 UTC +/- 07 minutes (61.0°N, 14.0°E)
on a northbound pass over Sweden (Kopperberg Region)

My final analysis with MPM+REENTRY based on the ELSETs 01330.572... -
01330.999... delivers the decay on
   27 November, 01:46 UTC +/- 05 minutes (61.03°N, 09.13°E)
on the same pass over Norway (Oppland Region).

Two remarks: 1) SPACECOM'S longitude position is not compatible
with the ground track and definitely in error.
2) My preceding prediction (06 hours before decay) was well within the
uncertainty windows above.
