SPACECOM'S 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Nov 26,13:57 UTC
predicts the decay on 
      27 November,01:52 UTC +/-08 hours (62.8°N. 28.3°E)
on a descending pass over Southern Finland.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01330.205... - 01330.511...
the decay on
     27 November, 02:02 UTC +/- 33 minutes (40.32°N, 92.04°E)
on the same descending pass over China.
This "final" orbit will have immediately before decay a shadow pass
over Southern Scandinavia.... (Bjoern ??)
