    Report time 20:00 UTC

    1978-117A (#11155) Cosmos 1063 (TSELINA D)

    SPACCOM'S 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY REPORT - prepared Nov 24, 18:08 UTC -
    predicts the decay on
        25 November, 05:24 UTC +/- 07 hours (47.8°S, 32.6°E)
on a descending pass over the Indian Ocean.

    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01328.451.. - 01328.696...
    the decay on
       25 November, 05:20 UTC +/- 44 minutes (30.50°S, 28.97°E)
on the same southbound pass over South Africa (Lesotho).
This "final" pass will cross shortly before 05:00 UTC Scandinavia and
Central Europe under shadow condition. But SPACECOM'S and my own
prediction based on a very high geomagnetic activity level as we can see
at this time. If the storm decreases during the next hours very fast the
    reentry will slipped significantly.
