Starshine3 non obs

    Looked for Starshine, from Mars to Beta Peg. and shadow entry
    on an 80 second transit 00:29:50 to 00:31:10.  Used Binocs for
    fifteen secs on rise and shadow entry, could not acquire a
    predicted 4.4 to 5.5 magnitude pass. Viewed fifty secs in between
    naked eye for flashes, nothing observed.  Its just as difficult
    as the first one :-(
