possible reentry

Hello
One of my friends returned from meteor watching in Arizona and is wondering
if he saw a reentry. It was much slower than a meteor and went from horizon
to horizon. 20mi south of Tucson, 0430UT Nov 18, moving from S to NW reach
an elevation of 70 degrees or so. This is not consistent with the path a
Leonid would take.
Was anything scheduled to reenter then?
