Report time 14:30 UTC
1977-091B(#10363) Vostok Rocket 3. Stage
I am still waiting for SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT. Their 2 HOURS BEFORE
decay message - prepared Nov 14, 04:32 UTC - predicted the decay on
14 November, 06:56 UTC +/- 02 hours (77.5°N, 90.6°E)
on a descending pass over the Kara Sea. This time is in excellent
agreement with my own "1 days before decay prediction".
But MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01317.783...- 01318.209... the
decay now a little bit later on
14 November, 07:18 UTC +/- 22 minutes (11.07°N, 131.29°E)
on the same pass near the Australian NW coast (Bathhurst Island). This
is close to my preceding prediction, 12 hours before decay. But let us
see what SPACECOM'S final word will be....
