SPCACOM'S 12 Hours BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Nov 13, 20:08 UTC
predicts the decay on
    14 November, 07:14 UTC +/-07 hours (06.1°N, 129.8°E)
on a southbound pass over the Pacific.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01317.232... - 01317.783... 
the decay on
    14 November, 07:12 UTC +/- 22 minutes (14.03°N, 128.98°E)
on the same pass over the Pacific.
If #10363 survive it will be crossing over Australia from
07:16 UTC (13.37°S, 131.34°E) to 07:21 UTC (33.76°S, 133.93°E)
on daylight. The coordinates are quick look points.
