Hi i was on starry night pro having just updated the Elsets for the 
satellites and i was watching the western horizon on the game and a very 
fast satellite was moving from SW-NNW. I looked at the Name of the object, 
and it was Meteor 1-9 Rocket. I then noticed on the game the orbit was 125 X 
130. Is this Satellite ready to decay? if so when?
