predicts the decay on
      14 November, 08:51 UTC +/- 16 hours (33.9°S, 112.1°E)
on a descending pass over the Indian Ocean.
MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01316.864... - 01317.538....
the decay on
      14 November, 06:57 UTC +/- 44 minutes (79.94°N, 74.57°E)
also on a southbound pass over the Siberian Arctic.
There is a small chance for a visibility around the US East Coast
on 09:34 UTC. But this is iffy. Let us wait for the next ELSETs and for
a more precise forecast.
