2001-050C (#26972) Molniya rocket "Platform" aka BOZ

SPACECOM released a few hours after the decay a final ELSET. That
changes my calculation significantly.

SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Nov 10, 09:47 UTC - shows the decay
on
       10 November, 08:09 UTC +/- 47 minutes (16.8°N, 295.1°E)
on an ascending pass near Virgin Islands.
MPM + REENTRY delivers now finally including the last ELSET 
01314.272... the decay on
       10 November, 08:15 UTC +/- 22 minutes (41.45°N, 311.28°E)
on a northbound pass over the Atlantic.
