Report time 11:15 UTC 2001-050C (#26972) Molniya rocket "Platform" aka BOZ SPACECOM'S 1 DAYS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Nov 09,10:02 UTC - predicts the decay on 10 November, 08:41 UTC +/- 14 hours (24.8°N, 84.3°E) on a descending pass over Central India (Bihar). MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01312.921... - 01313.353... the decay on 10 November, 07:20 UTC +/- 45 minutes (01.0°S, 119.1°E) also on a southbound pass over Indonesia (Celebes/ Palu) If the object survive this pass will then cross Australia on daylight. The possibilities for our American fellows are decreasing: A nice pass for the East coast would occur around 09:41 - 09:44 UTC visible from Washington/Baltimore and New York. But the tendency shows an earlier decay. Let us wait for the next couple of ELSETs for a final conclusion.
