Couldn't acquire 20040, viewing via binocs 00:23:00 to 00:28:00

Observed Dummy Mass 2, 97048B, 5th mag appeared to be varying 4th to 5th
no measurement made, variation may have been due to atmospheric conditions.

97 -48 B 2001-11-05 00:44:00 JN 60 .2 00 0.000 05.0->5.0 S, may be varying 4.5 to 5.5
