    Report time 21:00 UTC

1995-037K (#23631) Proton DM stage AUXILIARY MOTOR DEBRIS !!
SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared Nov 02, 19:59 UTC shows the decay
    on 02 November, 16:57 UTC +/- 01 minutes (02.1°S, 119.2°E)
on a descending pass over Indonesia (Celebes).

My final analysis with MPM + REENTRY and the ELSETs 01306.171... -
    01306.549.... delivers the decay on
        02 November, 16:55 UTC +/- 11 minutes (04.90°N, 115.88°E)
on the same pass over the South Chinese Sea.

The decayer is definitely not the AUX MOT. This object exploded
late November 2000 and what we have seen is only a small piece
of debris as the ballistic coefficient also has shown. The lower
inclination - 63.76° - in comparison with the original 64.4°confirms
also this assumption. As Rod Sladen mentioned SPACECOM'S files shows lot
of confusion: They reported the decay of #23631 on 28 February 2001 and
"discovered" it a few days ago again....The given RCS of 0.9075 mē is
    the "old" value for the
    original object.
