    Report time 12:30 UTC

1995-037K (#23631) Proton Upper Stage Auxiliar Motor (?)

    SPACECOM'S 6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Nov 02, 10:21 UTC -
    shows the decay on
       02 November, 16:48 UTC +/- 05 hours (27.5°N, 105.4°E)
on a southbound pass over China.
    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01306.171... - 01306.361...
    the decay on
       02 November, 17:04 UTC +/- 22 minutes (30.72°, 132.95°E)
on a descending pass over South Australia (Nullarbor Plain). The
object will cross Australia from around
     17:00 UTC (17.38°S, 125.27°E) to 17:04 UTC (31.95°,133.23°E). This is a
very difficult decayer. I have some doubt about SPACECOM'S object
identification as a AUX MOT. But later more....
