329.725 for USA 129, and then USA 116", not remembering that the last
available observation of USA 129 was at time 329.852.

Since then, Tony Beresford has observed it on time at day 331.53.

But I still believe the manoeuvre could occur any evening now, and the
satellites arrive about 10 minutes later per day.
