The following elements are based on observations by Tony Beresford and Greg Roberts from 2000 Nov 21 - 26: USA 129 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 v 1 24680U 96072A 00331.54609375 .00045466 00000-0 64673-3 0 07 2 24680 97.8757 31.7684 0469000 170.9232 190.0805 14.84119564 03 Mean residuals are about 0.05 deg. The possible major re-boost manoeuvre had not occurred as of Tony's observation on Nov 26, at 12:55 UTC, by which time USA 129's argument of perigee had moved well past the equator, so I now expect the re-boost to occur at the next opportunity, when USA 116's argument of perigee crosses the equator, on or about 2000 Dec 03. In the meantime, continued intensive tracking would be worthwhile, in order to accurately capture the circumstances of the eventual manoeuvre. We are fortunate to have Greg's and Tony's trained eyes focused on these fascinating objects.
