A piece of debris from the secret Jumpseat 4 satellite has just been
catalogued, and elements are available:

The orbit's latest perigee X apogee was 123 km X 1200 km, and rapidly decaying.
Apogee is in the Northern hemisphere. It might be visible if it is large
enough.

Jumpseat was the first U.S. satellite to make use of the Molniya orbit
pioneered by the USSR
