    2000-073B ( # 26616) Progress RB

SPACECOM has now released a FINAL REPORT - prepared Nov 18, 08:56 UTC - and shows
    the decay on 17 November, 19:29 UTC +/- 19 minutes (44.2S, 320.3E)
on a descending pass over the South Atlantic after crossing South America.

This is about 10 minutes later as Alan's and my own last analysis predicted.
But one can reproduce the SPACECOM data if we ignore completely the last ELSET
00323.768... and feed in the real values for F 10.7 Flux and the Ap for the final
hours. MPM + REENTRY delivers then:
                       17 November, 19:29 UTC +/- 11 minutes (44.00S, 319.52E)
But I see no reason to don't use the final ELSET. It looks reliable.
