There is neither the  2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY nor the FINAL REPORT from SPACECOM
at this moment.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00322.647... - 00322.768... the decay on
                      17 November, 19:17 UTC +/- 07 minutes (19.14°S, 288.51°E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific coast of Chile.
