    ...USA 144 would have passed your (estimated) 190-power field-of-view in
    3.0 seconds at the range of 3517 km or so, in az=026 el=56 at the time
    given in a private mail as NNE 40 degrees +-20 (?), with 4-4.5 seconds
    to pass the FOV.
