    All Flash observations can be reported at the following address:
    
    ppas@lists.satellite.eu.org
    
    All those observations are weekly compiled into a PPAS file by Bram
    Dorreman who sends it to me by email.  
    
    A weekly(mostly sunday) and latest temporary update you can find at:
