Thanks to Daniel Deak who pointed out that I might
have missed it because of a time conversion error, he
was right on target.  I used SatSpy to predict the
pass, which doesn't automatically calculate for
Daylight Savings time.  I had not yet switched the
time zone from CDT (-5:00) to CST (-6:00).  It's too
bad, I don't have another good ISS pass for at least a
week or so.
