which of the two indicated was -4 and which was -2.
Besides the Soyuz itself, ISS, Mir, Cosmos 2370 (26354,
00-026A), and good old FleetSatCom 4 Rk (12069, 80-087B)
made very nice passes. However, the Soyuz TM-31 rocket
was a non-obs for me.
By accident last night I noticed that the CBS News program
"60 Minutes II" was having a segment on USA anti-missile
defense system plans. About 12:30 into the program, they
showed what looked to me like a photo of a NOSS triangle,
even though the discussion was about the problem of
distinguishing warheads from decoys. The story isn't on
the program's Web site as yet, it seems.
