I have updated the decay prediction for #25551 = 98- 69 C = MightySat on
my Decay Watch page at
      http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/

I now predict this decay for Nov 21 18:25 UTC +-2h, while SpaceCom is
saying Nov 21 17:17 +-4h. I show the decay slipping to a northbound
equator crossing near 106.5 deg E, just to the SE of Singapore,
Malaysia. SpaceCom puts the decay back on the previous approach to N
apex over the n Pacific. The track between these times carries it across
the USA from Seattle, Washington, at 17:24 UTC to the Florida Panhandle
at 17:32. If it survives beyond my decay prediction, it should pass over
Toyko at 18:37.

My prediction for the final elset:
MightySat 1.0 1.0 0.0 7.5 d 0.25 129 x 125 km
1 25551U 98069C 99325.70716084 .36045737 15622+1 19792-3 0 93750
2 25551 51.5373 83.4054 0003058 289.6268 70.3402 16.54593629 55674

Corrections: For both #25934 and #25957, I gave the International
Designations as "98-.." yesterday. Of course, both are "99-.." objects.
