I was looking for two decayers 4222 and 1844. Instead of 4222 I observed
DMSP B5D2-3, 18123.

18123 87 053A 8936 F 19991112114709560 27 25 0740305+342406 19 S+056 10

Note-01844 varying from 5.5 to maxs of 2.5 and a min of 3.5 noted. min 5 secs after
a couple of maxs. Not sure if period is 8-9 secs, could be 16-18 secs. I'm using
the shorter period for the BWGS report.
