I have posted the final notices for the decay of #24972, IRS-1D PSLV 1C rocket, to my Decay Watch page at http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/ The decay occurred one orbit earlier than my expectation yesterday. I put re-entry at Nov 4 09:30 UTC +-20m near a southbound crossing of the equator over Melanesia at 150.5deg E, to the NE of New Guinea. Both SpaceCom and Harro put the decay a little earlier and further north, over Micronesia. If it had continued in orbit, it would have crossed eastern Australia from Townsville, Queensland, at 09:35 UTC to pass between Adelaide and Melbourne at 09:39.
