Report time 12:45 UTC

1997-057B (#24972) PSLV RB

In its FINAL REPORT - prepared 10:33 UTC - SpaceCom shows the decay at
                      4 November, 09:27 UTC +/- 07 minutes (11.0°N, 150.3°E)
This is an excellent confirmation of my preceding prediction.
With the last released ELSET - 99308.305... I have rectified my analysis. The
time is unchanged 4 November, 09:27 UTC +/- 11 minutes (09.90°N, 152.5°E)
The RB decayed on a southbound pass over the Pacific (Micronesia Islands).

The different "impact" coordinates are explained with SpaceCom's more
sophisticated program for the reentry, especially with the input of the actual
atmospheric conditions. My special program for the reentry trajectory needs
manual adjustments for some parameters.
