The Abrixas rocket was brighter than in recent passes:
99- 22 C 99-11-03 23:34:11.1 JDG  73.1 0.3 100  0.731 3.5->inv

NOAA 15 (25338, 98030A) flared to a -1 mag at 00:02:53 UTC 4 November above
Polaris (az10, el52).

WIRE (25646, 99011A ) is still in a slow tumble. It went to a +4.0 mag
briefly at 00:06:10 then dimmed and repeated the cycle 15 seconds later. For
the rest of the pass it was too dim to see with 7x50s.

Cheers
