My Decay Watch page at
     http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
has been updated with a further prediction for #24972, the IRS-1D PSLV
1C rocket. SpaceCom puts the decay point at the end of a southbound pass
over Western Australia, to the SE of Perth, at Nov 4 11:10 UTC +-14h
(33.7d S, 120.8 E). I put the re-entry at the same time Nov 4 11:10 UTC
+-5h only a little further south on the same orbit near 50.0d S, 115.2
E. My SatEvo-predicted elset for this rev is:

IRS-1D r 3.0 1.0 0.0 7.4 d 10.8 126 x 115 km
1 24972U 97057B 99308.42665488 .69309087 63884+1 29723-3 0 96986
2 24972 98.6034 156.2512 0008250 260.7143 99.1924 16.57110592117152

The orbit begins with a northbound equator crossing at 10:14 UTC after
crossing Brazil and continues to Newfoundland at 10:26. The southbound
track takes it over the Sea of Japan to pass between Kyoto and Tokyo,
Japan, at 10:49, and over East Timor at 11:00. The pass over Western
Australia begins at C. Londonderry at 11:01 and ends near Esperance at
11:06.
